The "Mature Fit and Fabulous" method is based on the principles of functional training. Functional training is a total body program that  incorporates exercises in the areas of stretching, strength, balance, core and cardio for the purpose of enhancing the body's ability to perform daily and recreational activities. Since it is a personal training program, it is designed to enhance one's abilities based on their body's mechanics.
