Service Description

Five 45 minute training sessions incorporating stretching, strength, balance, flexibility, core and cardio exercises to increase your stamina and mobility in daily and recreational activities.


Cancellation Policy

Recording of training sessions is not permitted. Cancellation of a session must be emailed to "duanita@maturefitandfab.com" by 10:00PM the night before your scheduled session to avoid being charged. For same day cancellations, the session will need to be made up within 7 days. Cancellation of this package must be done within 3 days of the purchase date. A request for cancellation must be sent to "duanita@maturefitandfab.com".
